I hit a few major headaches in the last few days with my host. Besides the regular crashes of the ruby process, which shut down the site, only the first comment on any given post was actually taking. This was caused by a trailing slash bug in Apache, which Rick Olson helped me fix. I moved the site to the MediaTemple platform and the site is now much faster and much more stable.
Sadly, if you did comment on an article in the last few months and your comment didn’t show up, that means it got eaten by the interwebs. Feel free to retro-comment if you so desire.
